From the 16th June, we're introducing new additions to our à la carte menu inspired by the coastal flavours of Spain and the Mediterranean. Highlights include Arroz al Senyoret — a traditional Valencian-style seafood rice dish served with peeled shellfish and fish for effortless eating — alongside a vibrant tuna belly and tomato salad that celebrates simple, seasonal ingredients. Thoughtfully crafted and full of character, these new dishes bring a fresh taste of summer to the table. We'll also be unveiling a variety of new paella dishes, celebrating some of Spain's most iconic regional flavours.

Crafted at our sister restaurant, Martinez, our newest cocktails bring a taste of Barcelona to the bar. From the smooth and spiced White Martinez — blending Fundador brandy, Amaro Montenegro, cinnamon syrup, and oat milk — to the bright and elegant Floral Rose Sour with gin, violet, rose, fresh lime, and egg whites, each cocktail captures the bold, modern spirit of Spanish cocktail culture. Inspired by the energy of Barcelona's late-night cocktail scene, this collection is designed to be vibrant, expressive, and perfect for sharing over great food and conversation.
